THIS IS YOU

We have the products, the visitors and the opportunity. Now, we are looking for the right sales talent to bring them together. At Moco, purchasing a gift, piece of memorabilia or souvenir is the final part of the Moco visitor journey. Our ambition is to take the Moco giftshop to the next level, and an experienced and commercially minded Retail Top Seller will play an important role in making that happen. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys selling. Someone who knows how to approach customers naturally, understand what they are looking for, create excitement around a product and confidently guide them towards a purchase, while keeping the interaction personal and customer-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You get energy from customer contact and proactively approach visitors;
  • You are commercially driven and enjoy working towards sales targets;
  • You confidently recommend products through strong product knowledge and customer understanding;
  • You create opportunities through upselling and cross-selling;
  • You contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment;
  • You ensure the Giftshop is well presented, organised and welcoming at all times;
  • You handle transactions, memberships, gift wrapping and cash procedures accurately;
  • You easily switch between sales, customer service and operational tasks on the floor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Enthusiastic, confident and professionally presented;
  • Commercially minded with a genuine passion for sales;
  • Customer-focused, approachable and an excellent communicator;
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, premium or other target-driven retail;
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and communicate product benefits;
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-driven environments;
  • Flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays and during peak museum periods;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
